1. What is your Shipping Policy?

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver the product.

HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon to Fri).

Our cut-off time for daily processing orders is 12 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)

 

2. How Many days take to Dispatch Time?


Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

 

3. How do i change Delivery Address?

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@extranosmerch.com

4. How do i return?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
